Fundraising

For many of you, this might be your first time raising pledges and donations. If you’re wondering where to start, read on.

Your online registration will automatically generate a personal online fundraising page for you. You can log on to this page by entering your username and password (set up during your registration) at the top right hand corner of this page.

Take a few minutes to personalize your page by uploading a photo and some text about why riding in the Cycle of Life Tour is important to you. After you have updated your profile, you can easily share the link with potential supporters to source pledges via email and social media.

The printable pledge form for receiving cash or cheque pledges is linked here.

Please enter all your pledges to your online donation page. While you are logged in on the Overview page, click on “Enter new gift” on the right hand side. This will keep your fundraising total accurate and will ensure your supporters receive tax receipts. Please be sure to enter your offline supporters' address. 

If you have collected offline cash donations and are not able to get the funds to Victoria Hospice, you may either write and mail a personal cheque and include your donors' complete information or you can call Loralee at 250-519-1744 to put your offline cash donations on your credit card. Please do not enter your credit card online for offline donations as your donors will not receive a tax receipt.

ALL CHEQUES MUST BE MADE PAYABLE TO “VICTORIA HOSPICE”
